Phil Durfee started this shop after a decade running service for a larger company and getting tired of watching homeowners get up-sold. Today, Durfee Plumbing & Heating is a small crew of licensed techs who actually answer the phone, and a plumber Cape Cod homeowners and property managers have trusted for more than 20 years.
Phil personally handles every service issue — if a job goes sideways, you talk to the owner, not a call center in another state. We're small on purpose. It's how we keep flat-rate pricing honest and the one-year warranty actually worth something.
